Charitable Giving

This year our PCC has decided to more clearly define our charitable giving. We have agreed to support 3 main charities over the next 3-year period. It is our aim that these 3 charities will gain some comfort from a guaranteed period of support. We also hope that we, as a church, might have the opportunity to develop better links with each charity. We have decided to support one overseas, one local and one national charity. Our giving will be reviewed in 2015.

Other charities that receive support from us on an ongoing or occasional basis are also mentioned.

Local Charity - Wycombe Homeless Connection

Wycombe Homeless Connection is a charitable trust providing support and advice to those who are homeless in our town. Working all year round WHC offer advocacy and mentoring, drop-in sessions and training, as well as giving practical housing support. During the winter months WHC also operate a winter night shelter that is supported by 7 churches in central Wycombe who offer their premises as a venue 1 night per week.
